Why Is Manipulation Necessary?
It’s not. Why is manipulation good? It’s probably not for many people. Too many poor souls get bogged down by ‘morals’ and ‘values’. If your next door neighbor is willing to try and cheat you and manipulate you, what do you gain from respecting him and letting him do as he wishes? Nothing! You don’t need to have a desire to get ahead. I leave most people alone to do as they wish, but when they start to get in the way, I feel like to have the skills to get them to do what I want. It’s important to get to know people so if you need them you can use them. I know I’m in the minority, I’ve heard plenty of negative things about what a terrible bitter person I may be, but when you come to terms with the necessity for manipulation, you will be happier then some stiff who goes to work only to be pushed around all day by a boss, some husband who can’t get a word in with a controlling wife, or some other weak man who finds himself manipulated in one way or another. Do you find yourself giving in to others wishes when there’s nothing in it for you? It’s important to keep a firm grip on your surroundings and use your skills when you need to. I know I do.
